This 8x10 framed piece was completed by hand using a black and white pen and ink "stipple" technique and hand-tinted in watercolor, then signed and numbered by local artist Marla Shega.
Utilizing the stipple technique, the original drawing is almost entirely made using dots. Marla hand-tints each B&W print of the original in watercolor, so every print is unique and slightly different. Gold paint is added to the marquee to simulate the theatre lights.
A certificate with the history about the landmark is included, with a biography of the artist.

Ronald McDonald House has a huge heart for families with sick children. Atlanta-based artist Shannon Inhouse, who volunteers with RMHC, has graciously offered to support that organization through her passion for art. Her hope in painting these 'hearts' is to share her love and make others feel supported, encouraged and loved.
